This is what the emergency law means
Khaled Said, 28, was sitting in a cyber cafe in Alexandria, when two police informers stormed the shop, asking customers for their IDs, and searching them roughly, citing the emergency law. When Khaled protested the treatment, the two informants gave him a taste of what Mubarak’s emergency law was.

Khaled is dead. This is the emergency law that the regime said it was solely using against “terrorists” and “drug dealers”. And this is the “moderate” regime that receives from Obama US$1.5 billion a year.
UPDATE: There is a protest that started now in front of the Sidi Gaber Police Station.
