A Kansas military cemetery has run out of space after two burials in the last week, including that of an Iraq war casualty, officials said on Thursday.
“We are full,” said Alison Kohler, spokeswoman for the Fort Riley U.S. Army post, home of the 1st Infantry Division.
Yesterday in Berkeley:
Holding signs bearing slogans such as “fight the power” and “I still have a dream,” more than 200 people rallied Thursday at University of California, Berkeley in support of the “Jena Six.”

I find it really interesting that while the Muslim Brothers are facing military tribunals, regular roundups, torture of student activists, freezing of assets, and finally the banning of their annual Cairo Iftar.. but still, they go and invite Shura Council Member General Hassan Khaled Hammad of Mubarak’s National Democratic Party to their Ramadan Iftar in Mansoura.
