I received updates from the Cairo rights activists regarding the case of the Telbana police torturers.
The Prosecutor ordered the detention of Muhammad Mou’awad, the deputy head of criminal investigations in Markaz el-Mansoura, and three police operatives: Ahmad Abdel Azim, Yasser Mekkawi and Sherif Saad, for four days pending investigation.
