Today 3pm, the president of Cairo University is scheduled to meet student leaders who led the protests on 6 April demanding education reforms. A conference is scheduled at the hall facing the Faculty of Commerce gate.

A student leader I spoke with expressed his concern that the president will postpone or the conference or try to sabotage it by mobilizing thugs from the police-dominated, corrupt, official Student Union.
