Strikes in Suez, Daqahliya, Giza
Textile workers strikes and sit-ins continue in Suez and Daqahliya provinces, while 1400 garbage collectors went on strike yesterday in Giza, demanding their unpaid salaries. The garbage collectors assembled in front of their company, carrying banners with cartoons, depicting their company management as “Monster with Fangs,” and slogans like: “Cleaning Companies Launch Terrorist Campaigns (Against Workers)… Rescue Us from the Companies’ Oppression.”
