Students on Saturday slammed the president of Alexandria University about the quality of education during a public lecture by Dr. Farouq el-Baz.

Thousands marched in Alexandria following the Friday prayers, descending on the Northern Command of the Egyptian Armed Forces, chanting against Field Marshal Muhammad Hussein Tantawi. The protesters asserted that the revolt will continue till a real regime change happens, corrupt Mubarak officials thrown in jail, and to see Mubarak himself standing trial for his crimes.
