Posted on 02/01/200726/12/2020 By 3arabawy

Mubarak’s crackdown on the Muslim Brotherhood continues. The group announced today that around 30 of its members were detained by State Security who raided their homes in the early morning in the provinces of Tanta, Sharqiya and Daqahliya.

Meanwhile, the family of Khairat el-Shatter, the MB deputy Supreme Guide, is expressing concern over his deteriorating health in detention.

Eid Mubarak!

When I saw the photo below of worshipers marking the beginning of Eid ul Adha under rifles, I thought it was from occupied Palestine.

But no, it is Mubarak’s Egypt. Central Security Forces were literally everywhere in the major cities early morning today, for fear of anti-government demonstrations following the prayers.

Government thuggery caught on video

Posted on 29/12/200626/03/2015 By 3arabawy

While the government keeps on inflaming sensationalist reports on the bogus “Muslim Brotherhood student militias,” new videos are circulating the web showing criminal thugs hired by the state, and allowed into the Ain Shams University campus, to terrorize and intimidate Free Student Union activists. The thugs were given passage by the security personnel last November, and used sticks, knives, swords and Molotov cocktails against the FSU peaceful marches.

The same scenario was repeated earlier in October, when thugs were brought into campus in a campaign of terror against activist students protesting their expulsion from the official student union elections on orders from the security.
