Garbage containers threaten national security?!
One of the garbage containers in Marsa Samaday that were built by HEPCA, only to be destroyed on the following day by the Border Guards Intelligence Services.

HEPCA has been building eco-friendly garbage containers, made from stones, on the beaches and bays around Marsa Alam. They were built on HEPCA’s expense, though it’s the government duty after all to perform those public services.
The above one was in Marsa Samaday. They containers, however, were destroyed immediately and razed to the ground upon the orders of a Border Guards Intelligence Services captain, claiming HEPCA had no permission to build those.
