Judges to campaign against Mubarak’s proposed counterterrorism law
The Judges’ Club has announced it will be launching a campaign against Mubarak’s proposed constitutional amendments, and in specific: a) Mubarak’s proposal to change Article 88 of the constitution that enforces judicial supervision over elections; b) the proposed counterterrorism law which is to replace the Emergency Law Egypt has lived under since the start of Mubarak’s reign.
