Protesters in my neighborhood marched on Saturday 29/1/2011, chanting against Mubarak in front of the Nasr City Police 1st Police Station. Half an hour earlier, the police had used live ammunition. There were reports I couldn’t confirm that four were killed.

A burnt down Central Security Forces truck, on the Nile Corniche facing the NDP headquarters. Protesters sprayed anti-Mubarak graffiti on its side, accusing Mubarak of being an “agent” for the US, demanding that he leaves.

After starting a four thousand strong march in Nasr City on Friday, our protest grew bigger to at least 50,000 by the time we reached Demerdash. I took the video above with my cell phone. Minutes later we reached Ghamra, where the Battle for Ramses Square started.
