Every now and then do a search for Mahalla (preferably write it in Arabic المحلة ), and you’ll keep on stumbling on videos taken by citizens by their mobile phones. Some of them were uploaded to the net right away (I linked to or posted most of them during the first two days of the uprising), but I still keep on stumbling on videos recently uploaded, or have been on the net for a while without me noticing them.
