The very devoted dean of the faculty law in Assiut University, Dr. Essam el-Zanaty, took part himself in chasing Kefaya students on campus who were chanting against the constitutional referendum circus.
The amazing Dr. Zanaty defied reason age, and accompanied the university security guards in hunting down the Kefaya students. Dr. Zanaty grabbed two of them, Muhammad Fadel and el-Husseini Muhammad Abu Deif, by their shirts and threatened to expel them.

Mansoura University dismissed 33 students from various faculties for a full month after investigating with them for performing the theatrical show “Congratulations on the son”.
The 33 students were referred to an investigating committee on charges of presenting last week a theatrical performance about the current events in Egypt, as part of a campaign launched by the university students demanding usurped freedoms and rejecting the hereditary transfer of power.
Egypt’s Socialist Students denounced the regime’s move to try the Muslim Brotherhood leaders in front of military tribunals, announcing their solidarity with the Islamist detainees, and called for wider coordination with the MB and Ghad Party youth, as well as with young activists from other political tendencies–against Mubarak’s regime.
