The Egyptian Museum in Tahrir has turned into a torture and detention center by the army. A great way to boost tourism. I hope all tourists enjoy watching the antiquities, while Egyptians are being interrogated and tortured over there by the military police.

General Hassan Abdel Rahman, the infamous director of State Security police, who was replaced by General Hisham Abu Gheida on 2 March 2011. Both are reportedly now under house arrest. No official confirmation from the army.
