An administrative court has turned down a lawsuit filed by activists against Interior Minister Habib el-Adly protesting the return of the Bulaq rapists Islam Nabih and Reda Fathi to the force, after they served a reduced prison sentence, for the torture and sexual abuse of driver Emad Kabeer.

Despite the Interior Ministry’s denial, it seems after all that police rapist and mentally unstable sadist Islam Nabih will be reinstated, and assigned to the Assiut Security Directorate.

Police Captain Islam Nabih, the pig who sodomized microbus driver Emad Kabeer, has been released from “prison” after he completed three quarters of his three-year sentence, on grounds of “good conduct.”

And, instead of discharging him from the police force he’s been reinstated! The Interior Ministry is assigning him to the Assiut Security Directorate!

Noha alerted me to this video, which was uploaded around a year ago to YouTube, but hadn’t caught our attention:

You can see at least one uniformed police soldier, and hear talk in Egyptian colloquial about ma7ader, etc. Though the channel user titled it as “prisons in Egypt,” I think it’s likely to have been shot in a police station.

I couldn’t help but remembering similar scenes one watches on TV, but in Iraq, Palestine or Afghanistan. There’s no difference between Mubarak’s police and the US occupation troops.

Please circulate the video, and let’s try to get any more info about it.
