Ghazl el-Mahalla’s management continued its crackdown on labor leaders in the factory. The govt-appointed CEO ordered the transfer of Textile Workers’ League activist Wael Habib to Cairo, after the latter distributed leaflets in the factory calling for a demo Saturday, in support of the victimized four workers (Kareem el-Beheiri, Muhammad el-Attar, Amal el-Said, Wedad el-Demerdash).
