It’s interesting that with young/graduate unemployment rates of 25-20% Australia, the UK, the US are around Egypt’s level…so who are the failed states now.
But there are better alternatives that would work, like in Norway where there’s a Job Education Training Guarantee for those up to 24 and work for those older and out of work for over 26 weeks at Decent Living Minimum Wages.
