One of the members of the Popular Committees in Tahrir was found today, bruised, broken with marks of burns on his stomach. His name is Muhammad Abdel Raoof. He said he was kidnapped by the police on Friday and was tortured by National Security Sector officers (formerly known as State Security Police).
