Amir Salem, Dr. Ayman Nour’s lawyer, has started a sit-in now at the General Prosecutor’s office in Downtown Cairo, demanding the investigation into the defamation campaign Rosa el-Youssef has been launching against Nour, his family and supporters, and to protest restrictions on prison visits to Nour.
Nour’s supporters are now on their way to the General Prosecutor’s building, and are asking for solidarity. If you are near downtown now, please join their sit-in.
