Citizens incarcerated at Markaz Kafr Saqr Police Station in Sharqiya leaked a message to a rights group, accusing the sheriff, Lt. Col. Ahmed Ibrahim, and the Criminal Investigations Officer Major Amin el-Sherbini of abusive treatment, verbal and physical assaults and humiliating the incarcerated and their families during visits.
